JOB DESCRIPTION
Energinet is an independent organization under the Climate, Energy and Supply Ministry and plays an important role in the transition to green energy. Based on the geopolitical situation, the massive growth of renewable energy and the need for digital transformation, Energinet is scaling up to meet the new demands in the market. As part of their journey, they are rapidly expanding and building a new facility.

Energinet's new strategy, "energy on time," is crucial to achieving a speedy green transition of our energy system in Denmark towards 2030. The strategy brings changes throughout Energinet, with a particular focus on their digital unit. Processes, applications, and infrastructure need to be redeveloped and automated, as some parts of the energy market are now regulated every quarter, rather than every hour along with other large initiatives. This demands significant changes to the underlying infrastructure, with a high priority on cloud initiatives on Microsoft Azure.

Energinet is seeking an experienced Product Owner for their Cloud Architecture team, responsible for driving and advancing Energinet's cloud platform. This platform is designed to support the many teams within Energinet working on areas that require rapid development of robust cloud solutions. As a Product Owner, you will be the visionary force behind the technical product, ensuring clear structure and direction. You will continuously collaborate closely with both your team and the stakeholders involved in the product to ensure synchronization.

In the role of Product Owner, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading the development of the product vision. You will define the roadmap and establish quarterly Objectives and Key Results to ensure your team stays on track and reaches their goals. You will contribute to shaping the business direction of an established cloud team at Energinet and be part of the team leadership, which also includes a People Leader and a Scrum Master.

Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Facilitating the development and maintenance of a clear and progressive vision for the platform, both in the short and long term.
• Creating and driving the platform through a precise roadmap for its development.
• Defining precise Objectives and Key Results and quarterly goals that provide clear guidance for both the team and stakeholders in the upcoming period.
• Ensuring transparency and structure in the work, both internally within the team and externally with stakeholders.
• Actively participating in the shaping of Energinet's long-term cloud technology strategy, including aspects such as future technological needs like local cloud and multi-cloud.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is expected to have a technical education at BA or MA level, but experience from a similar role is more important.

You are expected to have:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner for technical products and services in larger technology-oriented organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud and/or Azure.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to establish clear transparency and effective structure, both within the team and in relation to external stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and following roadmaps.
• Experience in formulating and tracking precise Objectives and Key Results and goals on a quarterly basis.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with an agile and value-based approach to product development.
• Skilled in communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
