Customer-facing engineering role
As Systematic in Copenhagen, are currently ramping up in our Defence business area, we are on the lookout for a Senior Solution Engineer. The role includes, to take on the leading role of delivering SitaWare and Iris suites for Defence customers, primarily in Denmark but can differ depending to the project.
You will be working closely with multiple customers, rolling out a mission-critical system that creates value by simplifying decision-making, and where we need our solutions to work, when it matters the most. Your focus will be to ensure, that our products are installed and are operational while ensuring that our product suite, interacts accordingly with the support from the rest of the Systematic organization. Beyond providing technical support and advice both on-site and back office, your key tasks will include:
- Design, implement and support technical solutions
- Perform acceptance testing
- Conduct technical training for our customers – both in classroom environments and in workshop set-ups
- Provide first and second-level technical customer support on our solution
Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants and colleagues at Systematic. Finally, you will stay up to date on the capabilities of Systematic products to ensure alignment of customer expectations to provide maximal value for the customers.
Your place of work will be at our office in central Copenhagen, Denmark, and you should expect some travel (usually 2-4 days at a time) servicing your customer sites in Europe depending on the project.
Customer-centric with a broad toolbox

Additionally, you bring some years of experience from a similar role combined with a technical educational background. We also expect you to be able to identify yourself in the following:
- a customer-centric mindset and preferably experience interacting and engaging with customers directly
- experience within one or more of the following areas: tactical communications systems, IT infrastructure, software and system testing and/or test management), software development
- experience with technical training
- a strong communicator with professional proficiency in both Danish and English
