Your background is within Process Automation? Job-Link is looking for a highly skilled professional to join our client's team for an exciting and rewarding endeavor. As a consultant/Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping, developing, executing, and validating automation solutions utilizing ABB 800xA PCS/DCS - and keep tabs of some of the many projects. This remarkable project is based in Kalundborg, Denmark, offering you the incredible opportunity to work on-site and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the job:

• We are offering contracts spanning about 1-3 years with the potential for extensions. This provides you the opportunity to make a lasting impact and forge a long-term commitment to the project.
• The project site is located in Kalundborg, Denmark and you will be expected to work on-site.

The right candidate has the following skills:

• Pharmaceutical process knowledge within fermentation, purification, Upstream, and Downstream.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 800xA DCS programming.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 800xA Batch Management.
• Knowledgeable in Good manufacturing Practice, GMP
• Competent in Good Document Practice, GDocP
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Testing FAT & SAT.
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Commissioning.
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Documentation work: Protocols, Test plans, Test references.
• Familiar with Qualification and Validation activities

It will be considered an advantage if you also know about the following:

• Knowledge of S.88 standards
• Batch knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry
• 2-4 years of experience in Design (Functions Specification)
• Familiar with PCdeviceLib and PCequipmentLib from ABB 800xA
