Qualifications and about you
We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.
- A strong background in sales, preferably with experience in a leadership or training role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Solid experience in designing, implementing, and delivering effective sales training programs with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation to industry best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications in sales training and enablement would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely, facilitating effective training sessions.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess training program effectiveness, measure performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve program goals.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities
🚀 Sales Training Development:
Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and other relevant skills to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
🎓 Graduate Program Management:
Develop and oversee a structured graduate program aimed at nurturing and developing entry-level sales talent, including creating onboarding materials, curriculum, and evaluation processes.
🏋️ Training Delivery:
Act as the primary facilitator for sales training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants and ensure effective learning outcomes.
🖌️ Sales Content Creation:
Develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support ongoing learning and provide resources that enable the sales team to communicate value propositions to clients effectively.
📊 Performance Measurement and Analysis:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales training programs and the overall effectiveness of the sales enablement strategy. Analyze data to make data-driven improvements to training initiatives.
