Do you wish to facilitate strategic initiatives across the organisation? Are you motivated by creating value through actively facilitating an efficient and structured end-to-end launch process together with your team? Then you might be our new Global Launch Process Manager.

As Global Launch Process Manager, you will be part of the Product Launch team within the Global Product Management organisation in VELUX. You will join 3 dedicated colleagues, skilled in product marketing, launch activation, portfolio planning, product training among other – and together you will work towards creating launch excellence.

What you will do

The team’s responsibilities covers our portfolio process, launch process and our product training platform. Your main focus area will be our launch process where you will be facilitating an efficient and structured end-to-end launch process. This entails orchestrating launch- and activation deliverables working both cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Sales Regions and Global Product Management and within Global Product Management.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Orchestration of launch- and activation process & deliverables
• Follow-up on launch target performance and -mitigation
• Continuous improvement of tools and processes such as launch toolbox, governance structures and operating model
• Building governance for theme, launch, and activation plan follow-up and dashboard overview for executive reporting
• Facilitating Global New Product Launch budgets in partnership with Global Marketing and Sales regions
• Stakeholder communication

Together the team also work with branding the Product Launch Team internally in VELUX and mentoring the students working in the team.

You will work from our Head Office in Hørsholm. You will also get the opportunity to travel to meet your most important stakeholders where you will gain additional insight into our global business – we expect approximately 20 days a year but it might vary.

You have a proactive and structured way of working and take pleasure in following through on your tasks. With your analytical and strategic mindset, you possess the ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy while keeping a holistic overview.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience from a position as an internal or external consultant or from a strategic function in a global organization from an industry similar to ours.

• Have profound analytical capacity, problem solving capabilities and experience, a holistic strategic mindset, and comprehensive business development understanding.
• Can present complex business issues in a clear and concise manner and ensure that recommendations are pragmatic and implementable.
• Have vast experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English as this is our company language.
• Are outgoing and eager to learn and develop.
