The Team
The Group Tax team consists of 3 highly skilled and dedicated professionals. This is full-time position open for candidate to base in Oslo/ Copenhagen. Other locations can be considered for relevant candidates.
As the European tax landscape is complex and ever-changing, and Heimstaden is a growing organization currently with a footprint in 10 jurisdictions. To be able to manage the multitude of group companies’ capital flows and transfer pricing flows, we need a Transfer Pricing Manager that will diligently take the next step in developing internal processes for transfer pricing documentation and actively build a strong internal network to make sure best practice transfer pricing policies are sustained.

You will play a pivotal role in our team by:

• Annual preparation of Transfer Pricing Master File and Local Files for each jurisdiction in line with OECD Guidelines and best practice.
• Hands-on involvement in preparation of annual CbC-reporting, hereunder future Pillar II reporting requirements.
• Prepare relevant benchmark studies where relevant on an annual basis.
• Maintain transfer pricing policy in practice and actively support as a business partner for all departments, ensuring transfer pricing-related matters are considered where relevant.
• Continuous dialogue with local finance teams across jurisdictions to fulfill local transfer pricing requirements and ensure efficient data collection.
• Contribute to efficient tax structuring and governance of the business: set-up holding structures and (recurring) intra-group transactions, implement VAT optimisation amongst other things.
• Assist in capital structuring including ownership to interest limitation rules.
• Advice on tax audits and inquires related to transfer pricing matters.
• Preparation and management of tax documentation, strict adherence to tax laws, and implementation of practical solutions to any tax-related issues which may arise.
• Monitor new regulations impacting effective tax rates (e.g., interest limitations rules)

To be an ideal fit for our team, you possess:

• A higher education at master's degree level in (Tax) Law and/or Finance or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in working with transfer pricing within Big Four accounting firms, in a multinational group or with a smaller boutique transfer pricing consultancy firm
• Experienced in local tax law and OECD guidelines
• Used to work in an international corporate environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken?
