Job Description
We are looking for consultants with interests within the area of Commercial Excellence & GenAI to join our Accenture Song team in Copenhagen.

THE WORK:

We’re currently looking for experienced professional and consultants to join our Song Customer Tech team. We focus on driving business value through architecting, solutioning and implementing state-of-the-art CRM and GenAI solutions for our clients, as platform enabler for business transformation.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

• Assessing current state, identify customer needs, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Advise clients on technologies supporting the customer journey, strengths and weaknesses of the platform such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
• Help clients make sense of qualitative and quantitative data to generate business and customer insights
• Support business development activities, from proposal writing to client meetings.Participating in projects, typically in functional advisory and delivery management.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
Besides an interest in the areas of Commercial Excellence or Generative AI, your experiences and skills consist of the following:

• Experience from similar consulting roles or similar positions in the industry leading change in global environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in client-facing roles.
• Master’s degree within Business Administration, Technology or Strategy.
• Solid understanding CRM possibilities to deliver business transformation.
• Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
• Able to communicate technical subjects to project members, stakeholders and business users.
• Skilled in analytics and reporting on platforms such as Google, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe etc.
• Interest in or knowledge on Statistical Analysis, AI and Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics
