Delivery Executive

We are looking for a Delivery Executive (DE), who will lead a segment of Aeven customer engagements during the Delivery phase (Steady State Operation and Projects), support Client Management in the sales and contract renewal phases and lead a team of Delivery Managers.
This position holds Profit and Loss accountability for the segment.
The DE will represent Aeven top management with full accountability handling customer senior stakeholders. The overall customer executive responsibility and commercial responsibility is within the DE scope.
As a Delivery Executive you will be mainly responsible for:
- Leading major and complex engagement within defined segment
- Building and maintaining customer relationships on executive level
- Managing negotiation of commercial and contractual disputes
- Being responsible for customer and employee satisfaction
- Building segment strategy, business plan and budgeting
- Following the performance metrics (revenue targets, customer satisfactions, etc.)
As a DE you will also analyze complex issues and improve methods, concepts, techniques, or processes across areas of work or functions based on input from others and/or personal experience.
Your qualifications and experience
- Long higher education with supplementary education.
- Min. 5 years of work experience within client management, sales and commercial negotiation and C-level stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial background with a proven track record.
- Experience with specialist field of work within the service area.
- Possibly management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.
