We invite you to join us and spearhead the commercialization and development of Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Services across the EMEA region. Utilize your strong commercial mindset as a key player in our team, and help build successful strategies, drive growth and innovation within one of our key segments

As our lead on the commercialization of E&I Services, you'll be at the forefront of sales, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. From driving the adoption of new services by our customers in collaboration to co-developing new service solutions, your impact will be felt across the organization.

On a day-to-day basis the key responsibilities in the role will revolve around:

  • ​Represent E&I Service Development as regional leader, in meetings and discussions with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Drive commercialisation of new Services, which help customers to ensure the integrity of their assets, save costs and lower their environmental footprint
  • Actively engage with key external customers and internal stakeholders to drive demand and preference for Hempel services
  • Develop market insights required for our New Services roadmap
  • Actively engage with and build up capabilities (including delivering training) of Service sales partners to help commercialise services and share best practices across regions

The ideal candidate combines strengths in analysing and building solutions to meet dynamic and complex customer requirements, with strong action orientation in driving results through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders. This requires a strong customer focus, as well as skills in critical thinking, communication, influencing others, collaboration and perseverance.

Your are likely to have >5 years experience from Sales, Services, Product Management, Marketing or Consulting, preferably in a B2B environment; prior experience with B2B services will be highly advantageous
