Billing & Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Billing and Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of invoices to clients, extensive data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Please note, this position has limited career growth opportunities, so it is ideal for individuals without high career advancement expectations.
Your Role
- Prepare and send 300+ invoices to clients monthly, along with supporting documents
- Accurately enter data into software systems
- Issue shipping reports according to client requirements
- Assist with data entry processing and administrative tasks
- Your performance will be measured against KPIs
Your Background
- Preferably one year of experience in billing or any other admin role
- Plus to have international logistics or freight forwarding experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented and high accuracy in data entry
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a great team player
- Good IT skills in Office365
