Cyber Security Compliance Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll cooperate with colleagues in developing and maintaining our cyber security measuring and reporting capabilities incl. external audit facilitation.

Welcome to Risk & Compliance, Corporate Information Security
You’ll be part of the Risk & Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure a consistent, systematic, and effective approach to risk management and regulatory compliance, with a risk-informed and conformance-centric approach. As a second- line function, we interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders from all business areasand assist in a variety of external audits. As a team, we’re international and diverse, geographically situated in Gentofte, Denmark.

You’ll play an important role in:

• providing an effective second line of defence
• facilitating external audits related to cyber security, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation
• improving processes surrounding risk-based compliance reporting
• continuous improvements of monitoring and measuring cyber security posture
• preparing operational board materials and running boards efficiently.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have a general understanding of cyber security concepts and IT systems
• are familiar with ISMS best practices or industry standards
• bring understanding of what efficient and realistic cyber security measuring and reporting structure looks like
• have experience with conducting, supporting, or managing security audits
• can understand and break down audit requests and anchoring these with appropriate business experts
• are self-driven, curious in nature, and possess good written and verbal communications skills in English.
