As a Revenue Operations Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and development of Salesforce, to ensure full utilization and customization of the platform to match and support business objectives (preferably using agile techniques and strategies). This role will review and analyse business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.

The role is located in Bucharest, Romania. You will report to our Head of Revenue Operations. The role is hybrid, meaning that approximately 90% is work from home and 10% from the office (Opera Center 1, M Eroilor). These percentages can change, depending on projects, strategy, priorities or other company needs.

Duties and responsibilities:

Technology Optimization:

  • Evaluating and leveraging technology to automate and streamline revenue processes.
  • Assessing, implementing, and optimizing tools like CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
  • Integrating technologies and ensuring proper data management.
  • Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
  • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
  • Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.

RevOps Analysis

  • Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
  • Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
  • Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes.
  • Provide expert advice on application solutions.
  • Able to understand the:

- Sales data and data relationships to help build reports, workflows, and visualizations.

- Sales processes to adapt to (new) requirements.

- Heimdal Products and related segmentations to be able to comply with CRM and analytics improvements.

System Support & Administration

  • Oversee all system maintenance and configuration, including user set-up, roles, profiles, groups, queues, security and permissions, workflows and validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
  • Supervise and advise on all system enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyse systems metrics, system performance, and user activity.
  • Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve user experiences and increase efficiencies.
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
  • Deliver effective training modules and user guides.

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (CSA) with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience.
  • CPQ Solution experience (considered a plus: DealHub CPQ).
  • Systems integration experience (sales, marketing, etc. tools).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in data modelling, process mapping, and specification documentation.
  • Considered a plus: Power BI, SQL.
  • Superior studies: minimum Bachelors’ degree.
