The Position
Our department, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Center of Excellence (CoE), delivers top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore as our MES Analyst you will be part of an area with high focus on executive management and exciting challenges.

You will execute and participate in product development to conclude best fit for the product. Therefore, you should also be able to evaluate production processes vs the product features.

The main tasks will be to:

• Drive improvement and development for product features, and interfaces towards partner systems.
• Review and provide input to product specification.​
• Execute qualification of product releases.
• Deliver technical implementation, with master data, and setup of other key services.

Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we imagine you have:

• A degree within e.g., IT, engineering, manufacturing, or similar.
• Around 2 years of experience in an IT-related position with PAS-X (or MES), configuration of recipes/MBRs and integration to production equipment.
• Experience with GMP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to bridge technical MES knowledge with local business process requirements to identify and collect data.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

We are looking for someone with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset, and someone who can drive results with the team. The role will also require strong collaboration with the Novo Nordisk PAS-X community, including Product Owner and Product Architect, and the product vendor.
