Your role
Siemens Electrification & Automation Unit is looking for a dedicated Technical Service Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing service activities primarily for Data Centers. Your role will involve maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring project success, and upholding Siemens’ commitment to excellence in service delivery.

• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Background as a site technician or site engineer is preferred
• Proven experience with medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear and systems
• 3 years of project management experience
Which qualifications do we seek?
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
As a part of your onboarding process a detailed technical training program will be offered, so you feel safe and ready to take on your exciting new tasks.
• Report on activities status and KPIs to the Service Operations Manager
• Coordinate subcontractors and support preventive maintenance activities
• Act as a single point of contact for SLAs and major incidents
• Ensure compliance with site EHS regulations
• Track SLA performance and provide forecasts
• Own customer relationships for dedicated sites and provide regular progress updates
• Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Implement maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory
