What You’ll Do:
- Implement and onboard Hello Retail products and features on our customers’ websites, leveraging your tech skills to help e-commerce businesses grow and increase sales.
- Deliver exceptional service, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication by phone, mail and online meetings.
- Be the go-to expert for customers, providing support and solutions when they need help the most.
- Collaborate and win as a team, because we believe the best results come from teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to product improvements with valuable insights, working hands-on with both our solutions and customers.
- Manage tasks efficiently, keeping ticket workflows smooth and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of the web, including URLs, parameters, web tracking, analytics, and structured data.
- A problem-solving mindset—always eager to find creative solutions and tackle challenges head-on.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a clear overview.
- A commitment to quality, ensuring all solutions meet high standards and are delivered on time.
- Excellent multitasking skills, balancing various priorities without sacrificing performance.
- A team-first attitude, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to lead conversations that make customers feel heard and supported.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in either Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Italian (written and spoken), as these are our key markets
