As Service Excellence project manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the organization. Next to that you will be involved in the different Service Excellence projects to improve our processes and customer experience.
What you will do
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of our knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate the capture, storage, and retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize knowledge management initiatives.
- Support the improvement, updates, and maintenance of our centralized knowledge repository, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for knowledge documentation and dissemination.
- Train and support staff in utilizing knowledge management tools and practices effectively.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT to leverage technology solutions for knowledge management purposes.

What you bring
Experience
- Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
