Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analysis for senior management and the board
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with Scaleup Finance on the assignment that we outsource to them
Your profile:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning
- Experience in the payment or Saas industry is a plus, so is experience with working in Start-up/scale in early-stage with fast-paced environments
- M&A experience would be an advantage
- You are located in or near Copenhagen/ Malmö region
