At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay, and invest. We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Copenhagen, and Stockholm, as well as employees working remotely across Europe.

You'll be joining our vibrant People and Culture department, where innovation and collaboration thrive across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Worklife, and People Partnering. This cohesive department houses 18 individuals across Denmark and Sweden, dedicated to fueling the rocketship and supporting the people and the business.

In our soon-to-be team of 3, you'll work closely with and report directly to Van Huynh, our Head of People Partnering, while also being an integral part of the larger People and Culture department led by Sarah Wahlstrom. You'll collaborate closely with Simone Hanghøj, our HR Advisor in Aarhus, to ensure seamless support to our leaders and lead people development initiatives throughout the company.

• Skilled in building and developing tools that support managers’ and employees’ growth.
• Passionate about organizational development and trends within the latest People development tools.
• Product mindset - you view employees and managers as customers and build tools and processes to enable them to unlock greater value for the business.

What will you do?
The role is unique in that you get to focus on being a People Partner supporting C-level as well as building and implementing people development tools - our mantra is building simple and effective tools with high impact.

People Product Development

• Develop People Product tools that support the development and retention of employees.
• Build and perform training sessions for managers.
• Besides building and developing, you’ll also engage in project management, change management, and implementation.

People Partnering

• Provide day-to-day sparring and coaching for managers in HR-related matters such as leadership, organization and team structure, salary reviews, performance, engagement, and legal matters.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure that HR practices comply with DK labor laws and regulations in collaboration with our People Ops team.
