About the role
We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our Project Excellence department as we carry out huge investment projects for customers where it is at the upmost importance to deliver on requirements, time, quality, and cost. To be able to do so, our most valuable role is to make sure there’s a ‘LEAN mindset’ across projects. As we have an exciting project pipeline ahead of us, we are looking for someone, who’s motivated to support that journey.

With many different disciplines working to design and engineer the biggest pharmaceutical facility in the world, we expect more complex and fun tasks across NNE to increase. It also means you have a great opportunity to make an impact as we work to ensure project milestones are reached even more efficiently – and thereby increase our overall execution capacity. You can look forward to a role with a mixture of both supporting projects in kaizen activities and running training sessions in and across projects.

How you might spend your days
As Management Consultant, you'll:

• Lead and support improvements initiatives as you support projects and run improvement workshops by sharing best practices across projects and departments.
  
• Develop concepts and deliver training modules on the application of LEAN tools, principles and thinking.
• Encourage, support and deliver coaching to performance management.
  
• Coach Management Team in LEAN tools and principles implementation.
• Embody a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement and systematic problem solving.

You’ll be based in Copenhagen and when required to Kalundborg and project locations around the Copenhagen area. And we have our very own bus commuting between Kalundborg and Virum/Roskilde every day, so you can use your time to work or relax with drinks and snacks.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• A relevant academic degree (e.g. within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Management or Project Management).
  
• Consultant work experience from a top tier Consultancy Company.
  
• Formal LEAN training and Project Management training.
  
• Experience with change and stakeholder management and demonstrated successful implementation of change with impact.
• Pharma experience is a plus.
• Experience from the field of life science is preferred.
• Fluency in written and verbal Danish and English.
