Contract Analyst

You will get to work with and analyze some of the greatest media brands worldwide and be part of ensuring that our services towards the market are profitable and relevant through performance and contract data.

The role
As part of Product Commercial, you will work for a global company with offices in various locations as well as a hybrid work environment. With a base in either Aarhus or Copenhagen, you will be part of the team that handles pricing and customer contracts with profitable P&Ls. In collaboration with VP Commercial, VP Legal, Finance. SaaS leadership and Chief Product Officer, you will analyze product and contract performance.

In this new role at Stibo DX, you will touch on disciplines covering pricing, contract proposals, vendor management and contract obligation management. Your responsibility is to ensure that we generate contracts with good P&L in collaboration with the colleagues that execute the development and services.

Specifically, you will:

• Assist in handling contract obligation management and financial consolidation of customer contracts
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and processes in commercial management
• Work on contract proposal generation and information gathering
• Create product/contract P&L reports for Product Management and the Global Leadership Team through standardized tools together with Finance
• Handle 3rd party software licenses and facilitate follow-up on compliance with customers’ setups in collaboration with Product Management

Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague with a healthy dose of curiosity and experience in management reporting, including P&L reports, in a commercial setting.

You enjoy getting new ideas, diving into data, and generating processes.

Moreover, you are a good communicator and possess a structured mind allowing you to generate complex reports and present them to management stakeholders across teams.

Finally, we imagine that you:

• Have a financial or commercial background and have worked with financial models and methodologies – or maybe you have a background in consultancy
• Have good experience with commercial activities such as agreements, terms and obligations
• Possess excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with data and financial modelling
• Thrive on working both with short-term deadlines and long-term initiatives
• Are an Excel expert and good at Power BI or willing to learn
• Are fluent in English
