In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the Pandora organisation, including the Visual Merchandising team, the Global Marketing team, and regional Markets. Together with a team of creative professionals, you will craft and ensure a consistent and compelling in-store experience in all communication aspects. This position is dedicated to maximising commercial impact and enhancing brand experience, aligned with our overarching Marketing strategy and business objectives.

Your areas of responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be the creation of print and digital materials for our various store concepts and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, be solution-oriented, and highly organised, with a strong appreciation for excellent visual hierarchy and crafting attention-grabbing headlines that captivate our shoppers. This role demands excellent English skills and involves close collaboration with our brand team and copywriters. You will also contribute to the continuous development of Pandora’s retail activation toolboxes, which are essential for bringing our brand promise to life, engaging shoppers, and ensuring consistent adherence to Pandora's overall visual identity.

Additionally, you will:

• Manage the development and rollout of new communication tests and concepts through comprehensive project management.
• Engage in creative ideation, develop mood boards, and collaborate with graphic designers and artists to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Partner with graphic designers to create communication assets for a variety of projects and campaigns tailored to different store concepts.
• Conduct tests on communication assets to identify areas for future optimisation.
• Develop and standardise Guidelines for use across various markets.

What is needed to succeed:

• A relevant commercial education and, preferably, experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of retail and/or the jewellery industry is a significant advantage.
• A keen eye for layouts and design; a background in design is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing communication assets, crafting compelling copy, and establishing marketing guidelines.
• Excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written form.
