Document Control in Oslo is looking to strengthen the team with new Senior Document Controllers. You will play an important part in registration and distribution of technical documentation (including engineering, fabrication, and supplier documentation) in internal and external databases.
About the position
Your main task will be managing and controlling document revisions as per our contract requirements and internal guidelines. A structured and accurate approach is essential for this role. Join us at Aibel where the career opportunities are endless!
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Handling of customer comments
- Progress and delay reporting
- Maintenance of document metadata
- Develop project specific guidelines customized to both internal and client tools
- Ensure that the document management system is configured in accordance with client requirements
Qualifications
- Higher education or minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- 1-3 years’ relevant work experience
- Communicates well in English and Norwegian – both orally and in writing
Personal qualities
- Seeks advise and shares own experiences with others
- Have high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
- Interested in IT, and keeps yourself updated
