Your new team
As our new Sourcing & Procurement Specialist you will be part of our EPC Sourcing & Procurement team, which is part of European Energy’s EPC department, and holds the overall responsibility of the design, planning, procurement, and management of our projects during the ready-to-build and construction phase. We work with professional suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the completion of our sites.

Your new role
The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist will be a key driver in implementing and maintaining Navision/Business Central for all PO’s related to EPC projects and work with the following tasks:

• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions, and contracts and ensure timely issuance to vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, track production and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of purchase requests and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation, including contracts, agreements, and vendor information in PLC and our database.
• Monitor spare part levels and initiate reorder processes as needed according to the BOQ of the projects.
• Assist in recording supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize procurement operations and enhance efficiency.

Job prerequisites

• Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination roles incl. relevant ERP software, preferably Navision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and contract management.

You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and you are committed to delivering high quality while you keep and maintain the overview to meet deadlines. You are a dedicated team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
