Junior Revenue Controller

Your New Role
As the new Junior Revenue Controller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic finance team. Together with the senior revenue controller you will play a key role in the input for invoicing, securing accurate and timely information to our customers and stakeholders, be a key player in the process from contract to invoice, take part in the month-end closing and optimize current processes and solutions.

Your primary tasks will include

• Collecting and ensuring correct input for invoicing according to customer contracts
• Prepare invoice requests, payment requests and invoice settlements and support our AR accountants in our shared service center in Poland on invoicing.
• Ensure correct account receivable and overdue follow up.
• Assist with revenues recognition and reconciliation based on on-going production and services.
• Perform customer credit check.
• Assist with providing input to rolling forecast for expected overall sales, performance and cashflow.
• Set up new customer programs into the Finance and Resource Management systems.
• Ensure correct input and maintain pricelist master data from contracts.
• Assist in driving development and automation of contract to cash in SAP, Tableau, and other systems, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Contribute to month-end, year-end, audit-packages and reporting.
• Support best practices for revenue and program controlling.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess

• BSc within Finance or Economics (or equivalent)
• 2 – 4 years of experience
• Willingness to grow and learn new skills within the position and gaining new responsibilities
• Super user in Excel
• Experience with revenue recognition principles and accounting is an advantage
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus

You will be a part of a Finance Department consisting of approximately 20 people. You will be surrounded by highly dedicated and skilled colleagues who all strive towards creating efficiency and quality. You will be part of the local team in Denmark and be reporting to the Director in Finance and have a wide range of task within revenue controlling and finance.
