Experienced Scrum Master for greenfield product

Working at Unik:
You will be scrum master for 2 of our development teams and will be responsible for the team scrum ceremonies, coaching the team and ensuring that focus is on achieving the sprint goals. You will be granted great independence and a mandate to ensure that your teams have the best possible conditions to succeed. You will participate in our strong Scrum Master guild along with our 7 other Scrum Masters, where discussions and knowledge sharing among each other are an essential part of the work. The guild has great autonomy and influence on the overall agile process and is a key component in enabling us to deliver exceptional solutions. We are working in a distributed Danish and Polish setup, where our 11 development teams closely collaborate to build a complex best-in-class product from scratch. You will also be working closely with management, UI/UX, QA, and the other teams to deliver complex Prop- and Legal-tech solutions and you will be supported by our management and Architects to ensure you have the best available processes and technologies for reaching our goals.

Your tasks among other will be:

• Facilitating the Scrum ceremonies
• Develop the competencies and capabilities of the team

• Coach your team to deliver solutions of high business value
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Handle risk and impediments towards the team

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience with LeSS Huge is advantageous
