Technical Product Manager

Dalux is looking for an IT-professional integration expert for our Product Team to support the software development teams and Partner Manager engaging with external software providers.

Integration at Dalux:
Dalux has a portfolio of integrations, of which the majority has been refactored recently in a consolidated form. This role will be part of the integrations area in the Product Team of our scale-up environment - this is an opportunity to be part of something new and exciting from the ground up.

You will have a dual focus on discovery and specification of development for the development teams and partnership management, collaborating with other software providers and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Discovery and specification of integration APIs
  • Discovery and validation of use cases with other members of the Product Team for value creation for our customer base in the construction and facility management industry.
  • Co-create and improve our REST APIs, together with Team Leads and Developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality endpoints and documentation.
• Partnership Management
  • Dialogue regarding potential and committed partnerships, in an often political environment, at the same time also heavy on technical details and knowledge.
  • Partnerships with top tier customers regarding their critical integration projects using our API endpoints.
  • Partnerships with other software vendors, integrating to Dalux for validated use cases.
• Management of other stakeholders / Cooperation with external partners
  • Customer support and Digital Learning is handled by other dedicated teams, using the developers documentation. When you manage the integration side of the Product, you need to maintain a close and good relation to them.
  • Top management holds the overall strategy for development of our Product in general, in cooperation with the Product Team with you onboard. This sets the direction for both partnerships, validation of use cases and by that also the smallest details in the integration endpoints. It is your job to cover all of this and be confident when talking to partners.

About you:
We expect you to have a bachelor's or Master's degree in Cand Merc IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar with solid experience in the field of Integrations.

Moreover, we expect you to have:

• A proven track record and experience from a similar job within Product Management.
• Strong technical knowledge for specification and development of standard integrations for our partners to use, based on stable and modern technology.
• Excellent communication skills (primarily in English)
