We are looking for a talented Business Process Specialist to join us on a maternity cover basis. If you have the skills to harmonize business processes with strategic goals and thrive in collaborating across business units to provide end-to-end business process analysis, this role is for you.

About the job
As Business Process Specialist in Orifarm, your responsibilities are to map and streamline our corporate Business Processes, as well as documenting projects like NIS2 and Veeva.. You possess subject matter knowledge to support the project teams in the best possible way. You will process analysis as-is, design to-be in close collaboration with stakeholders and engage as an expert competency in the implementation of new or updated processes across the Orifarm Group.

Your profile, competencies, and resources will be essential in accomplishing the following tasks to fit our strategic goals:

• Provide in-depth analysis of the as-is end-to-end Business Processes and Benchmark them to the best practice
• Provide proposals of process changes aiming to fulfill the expected outcomes and performances that are in harmony with the our strategic goals
• Actively participate in strategic projects that requires process expert competencies
• Closely collaborate with the PAC community to align the local continuous improvements to the corporate structure and policy of end-to-end Business Processes

Who are you?
We imagine that you have experience with handling complex business processes and that you are skilled at mapping them in a clear and organized way. If you have experience in Process Analysis and Management, it is a bonus, along with the ability to create process overviews and understand business dependencies.

Additionally, the following competencies are required:

• Analyze end-to-end Business Processes
• Holistic understanding of end-to-end Business Processes and their business impact
• Good communication, facilitation, and engagement competencies
• Having solid IT knowledge would be a bonus.
