We are seeking a dedicated D365 Platform Owner to join our core team as a key member. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our ERP platform is stable, updated and ready to deliver maximum value to our business users. Furthermore, engage with especially our Supply Chain Management area to drive discussions and improvements on what the platform can offer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the Finance and Product Supply IT team consisting of approximately six colleagues, and report directly to Lene Larsen, People Leader who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark as well.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring our D365 platform is designed optimally with sound architectural principles.
  • Drive discussion to ensure understanding and mapping of business processes.
  • Find the best possible solution to business needs through minimum viable products.
  • Maintaining and improving our applications, including regulatory compliance (SOX/GxP)
  • Work with the other team members and stakeholders to develop application roadmaps aligned with business and IT goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as IT infrastructure, QA IT, Software vendors, support partners to ensure efficient delivery of applications changes.

Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master of IT, SCM, or something completely different but related to your area of expertise – and +5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or as consultant working with D365.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 within SCM processes.
  • Experience in and understanding of how to move focus and stakeholders from reactive firefighting to proactive planning, fueling ambitions and process development.
  • Ability to structure business needs into seamless transition from concepts and discussions to execution and value realization.
  • Strong configuration skills, balancing process robustness with usability.
  • Ability to prioritize – and help business prioritize what is on critical path.
  • Ideally you have worked in a biotech, pharmaceutical company or consultancy catering to the pharmaceutical industry.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be self-driven and take responsibility and ownership of the Platform and other tasks. You are able to work in an agile setting with focus on team success over your individual accomplishments. Last but not least, you have a good sense of humor and enjoy working across time-zones and cultures.

Travel: 0-15 days days per year.
