In the role as Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial part in contract management and provide legal advice across various fields of law essential for PanzerGlass.

Join a Dynamic Legal Team in a Global Organization
As a Legal Counsel, you'll be part of a close-knit team of three dedicated lawyers who are good at sparring with each other and work cohesively as a team to support our global organization across various legal matters. You can look forward to engaging with diverse projects, including new product development, working creatively, and interacting with many different cultures. You'll be an active and proactive part of the business, with lots of collaboration with our sales team.

Your primary focus will be on the commercial aspects of our operations. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Business and the General Counsel in various legal and administrative matters.
• Defending and protecting PanzerGlass' IP rights, including collecting evidence of use, monitoring the market, and managing enforcement projects in corporation with the General Counsel
• Sustainability (ESG), Competition Law, and GDPR.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Managing contracts, optimizing standards and processes and maintaining our portfolio using the IT tool ContractBook.
• Facilitating the continuous implementation of compliance areas important to PanzerGlass, such as
• Actively participating in the company's GDPR Council.

Are You the Business-Oriented Legal Expert We Need?
We expect you to hold a Law Degree (Cand. Jur or Cand. Merc. Jur) and have some years of experience in commercial law. Given the various touchpoints across the global company, effective communication and teamwork skills are essential. You should be business-oriented, service-minded, and willing to go the extra mile when necessary.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team is crucial, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement is highly valued. We appreciate attention to detail and mutual flexibility.

Fluency in both Danish and English is required for seamless interaction and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
