THE POSITION

• Product Setup Management 50%
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting 50%
  

• Co-operate with Business Development, Production, ERP and Finance/Accounting to collect new product information and detect constraints if any.

• Setup/update product information in systems and document the changes for further analysis if any.

• Be fully responsible for accurate and on-time setup of products without interrupting to order placement process or following performance management/ payment transactions.

• Ensure the most updated and correct Operations information for Production management team to monitor the daily performance.

• Early notify to involved functions if any offtrack/ outliers occur.

• Maintain and update input information for reports regarding costs, quality, production utilization, on-time delivery, production capacity, processing time, etc., in the designed time frame.

• Coordinate with Production Supervisors, HR for data consolidation about performance evaluation such as KPI achievements, and employee award in production on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis.

• Provide and validate information from ERP systems for related departments on request.

• Participate in the quarterly strategic projects assigned by Data team.

• Monitor the manual data entry processes run by other departments to ensure its accuracy and future usage.

• Together with Data team, promote the culture of data driven.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge

• Education: Degree in economics, business analytics.
• Professional knowledge: Data analytical skills, Operations process, Product flow.
• Supplementary knowledge: Organizational behaviour.

Skills

• Reporting.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiar with modern data analytical and statistical tools
• Presentation, Strategic thinking, Planning & delegation etc.

Experience

• Working with statistical tools (Power Query Editor, Python)
• Knowledge in automatic tool (Microsoft Automate) is a plus
