About Your Role
As our People & Culture Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our work environment and driving our People & Culture strategy. This position is key for anyone aspiring to be a cornerstone in employee engagement, organisational development and talent acquisition.

Expect a Day Full of
👉 Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company values.

👉 People Development Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of effective development strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.

👉 Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development programs to attract and retain high-calibre talent. Ensure career paths and growth opportunities are clear to all employees.

👉 Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance appraisal process that encourages continuous improvement and development among employees.

👉 Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to encourage a culture where all employees feel valued and included.

Who We're Looking For

➡️ Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.

➡️ Has experience with talent acquisition and is comfortable with outreach on LinkedIn.

➡️ Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, critical for interacting with employees at all levels.

➡️ Show proficiency in conflict resolution, employee engagement and performance management.

➡️ Display excellent organisational skills to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.

➡️ Show a passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experiences.
