Royal Unibrew is seeking a dynamic and visionary Data Product Owner to spearhead our Data & Analytics services and projects. With location opportunities available in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Netherlands, this is your chance to shape the future of a leading beverage company.

Royal Unibrew has always been a data driven company and now is starting a new chapter in this journey with the new chosen MS Fabric platform and a new setup of the organization.

A bit about your new role & primary tasks:

• Bridge Business and Technology: Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights that align with our business strategies within the data, analytics and reporting area.
• Collaborate and Innovate: With MS Fabric as the data platform, create a seamless experience for managing data and analytics. Based on this you work alongside other Functional Leads, Solution Architects, and Consultants to deliver new functionalities that enhance business efficiencies and productivity, all while adhering to our architectural standards.
• Support and Optimize: Drive the RU Group IT Strategy by providing value-added IT solutions and offering constant data insights to solve daily business problems using existing tools and processes.
• Expert Guidance: Provide deep functional expertise, particularly with Fabric or Synapse, and proactively identify functional enhancements to add value by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting procedures.
• Ensure Integrity: Maintain solution integrity, update documentation (both functional and technical), and promote a cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude across departments.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and capable of handling numerous stakeholders with ease. You are also an entrepreneurial type and thrive in situations where we sometimes build the road as we go, allowing you to help create a structure that is meaningful and functional. Also:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Domain Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in data related roles and experience with MS Fabric/Synapse or its predecessors, including several end-to-end project implementations.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Office package, PowerBI, data-modeling, SQL

• Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a professional passion with a structured and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to unite technical specialists and business users.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10 days per year) for project participation.

Operating under a highly flexible model tailored to individual needs, this position offers opportunities for remote work on specific days. The position can be located in Denmark (Faxe), Norway (Oslo), Netherlands (Bunnik), Finland (Helsinki), or Lithuania (Vilnius). So, you don’t have to live just around the corner.
