Position Summary
Are you a proficient specialist in payroll accounting? Are you looking for a role in a team-oriented environment where operational support is paramount? Join us as a Manager in our Accounting/Reimbursement team based in Denmark.Zalaris is a prominent European provider of comprehensive HR and Payroll services, delivered through advanced Cloud-based solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of financial tasks, including payment control, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling taxes, balances, and vacation accounts.
• Monitor the processing of bank payments and all bank transactions.
• Manage tax corrections.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including payroll-related financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, rules, regulations, and internal control systems.
• Assist in implementing changes or new legal requirements.
• Identify areas and implement process improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact and assist with auditor requests.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ensure the consistency of Zalaris' processes across different regions.

Eduction and experience

• 5-7 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Have some knowledge in payroll, tax reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP FICO accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• High level of accuracy, attention to deadlines, and numeracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Professional working proficiency in Danish and English.
