Moving from fossil fuels to green alternatives is the right thing to do – but it’s not easy
To enable faster grid connections and even more resilient energy systems based on renewable energy, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. We have an empowering and collaborative culture where aspirations to develop and excel within your professional field are highly valued. Our broad expertise enables multidisciplinary collaboration in green hydrogen, e-fuels, biomass & waste to energy, pyrolysis, and similar processes. You will join more than 100 motivated colleagues specialised in energy production, chemical processes, carbon capture, power system, piping, and mechanical engineering, working alongside our customers on some of the world’s most significant green fuels & carbon capture projects.

You can look forward to an exciting workday consisting of the following:

• Leading project teams and interact with the stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and improving study and report standard.
• Improve and develop the area of grid code connection incl. compliance with requirements.
• Modelling for steady state analysis such as load flow and short circuits.
• Reactive power capability analysis incl. strategy and controllers for regulation of voltage and reactive power.
• Grid code compliance assessment, incl. ION and FON.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises and you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

We would be very excited to hear from candidates who resembles the following:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Preferably holds a M.Sc. or B.Sc. within Electrical Engineering.
• Vast experience in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD as being our primary tools.
• Power Quality and Harmonic analysis.
• Abilities in Python scripting for automation is considered beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Experience in HVDC-VSC is further a positive attribute.
• Grid code compliance experience in Europe, Asia and the US is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge about RMS involving generic and manufacturer models, and EMT in relation to energization, switching and faults, control stability and general insulation coordination.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, verbal as well as written.
