HR Director

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Manager to join the team in Bratislava. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive management of human resources operations, which includes recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance evaluation, and the enforcement of HR policies. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will craft and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and cultivate a supportive and dynamic work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in an HR Manager or equivalent position
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships across all organizational levels
• Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
• Superior organizational and time management abilities
• Knowlege of HRIS software and the MS Office Suite
