We are looking for a person interested in project work. Do you thrive in a teamwork-environment and have open minded for ideas and improvements? If so, be a part of our team and help us to deliver good quality service to our customers.

Our team is based in Denmark and is responsible for project documentation topics. We are in contact with Project Managers and colleagues from production. We on a daily basis have a good collaboration with other regions and businesses for a continuous knowledge exchange. Internally we have a good teamwork and strive to support each in our tasks and want to succeed as a team.

How to contribute to our vision
We collect all documentation, which is required for our customer and our products. We make a quality check on all documents and check if it fits into the project logic and project schedule. This responsibility is also added to the different interfaces we use, which are directly connected to these documents.

Furthermore, we are continuously improving our internal tools and developing our processes in order to be up to date and as efficient as possible.

Your tasks in this position will be:

• Administration of our costumer documentation overview on different projects

• Organize and check documentation according to the required structure

• Administration and follow up on internal documentation

• Internal report preparation

• Support on site documentation workflow in IT System

• Creation of standard documentation

What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A person who possesses excellent communication skills and is fluent in English both orally and in writing. You must have great attention to detail and be meticulous and be comfortable with some repetitive tasks.

You should be motivated and curious and willing to ask for help when needed and seek solutions on issues that may occur. You prioritize and structure your tasks so that you utilize your time in the best way.

You should also be comfortable reaching out to different people throughout the organization, as we are a team that cooperates with many different entities within the company.

You are able to come to the Brande office once a week and have an interest in being a part of our great team.

You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on Bachelor or Master level (please attach proof of enrollment).

Furthermore, you are an advanced user of MS office and have a flair for IT systems.
