Mechanical Supply Chain Quality Engineer

Your key responsibilities
As our Mechanical Supply Chain Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in optimising the quality and efficiency of our supply chain processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, ensuring high performance from our suppliers.

Your main tasks and deliveries will include:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and on-time deliveries.
• Conduct Supplier Assessments and audits to ensure compliance with Green Hydrogen Systems' standards and industry regulations.
• Ensuring supplier components meet specifications and requirements.
• Analyzing supplier performance data and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify, address, and solve supplier NCs (Non Conformance) in the supply chain and implement preventive measures in close collaboration with suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance quality and efficiency.

Who are you?
You have an educational background within Mechanical Engineering combined with extensive experience within steel components or similar. You are used to work in close collaboration with suppliers and you are motivated to improve overall supplier quality performance. You have a strong background in ISO standards, Six Sigma and PPAP with experience in developing and implementing quality standards and processes.

As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. You are a solid problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is a key priority for you, and you communicate technical information clearly at all levels, ensuring fast resolution of supplier NCs.
