About your role as Executive Advisor
GlobalConnect is seeking an Executive Advisor to support our Executive Vice President for B2C, Charlotta Rehman. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, and being a part of shaping strategic direction, facilitating planning & change, and making a significant impact on our organization. You will work across four Nordic markets and gain invaluable experience and exposure while making a tangible impact on our success, whilst being faced with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development in an international company aiming to be at the forefront of what we do.

Examples of typical responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President, B2C, providing strategic support and facilitating priorities and agenda with the B2C Nordic Management team.
• Drive projects and processes, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• With a deep understanding of the B2C organization, its operations, and strategic priorities you will ensure progress and alignment with key stakeholders in other departments.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 3-5 years’ experience with strategy projects, business analysis, market research, project management or related fields.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably with exposure to senior management. Background from a consultancy firm is not a requirement, but an advantage.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, fluency in a Nordic language and English.
• Master’s degree in business, economics or a relevant field for a strategic role within Telco/tech - previous experience in telecoms not required
