As one of Autorolas two new Java Developers, you will be joining Autorolas technical department ‘Autorola Systems Solutions (ASYS), which counts more than 65 highly skilled tech-employees. ASYS works in a matrix organization, where three teams are dedicated to each their product-line that designs, develops, and maintains SW-solutions for the following business units (Solutions, Market Place and Indicata).

These two positions as Java Developers are placed in the Autorola Solutions team – more specifically the Feature team, which is dedicated to enhancing the features of our enterprise systems, while providing exceptional support to the business unit. The goal is to ensure seamless operations and elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.

You will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions within a dedicated development-focused environment. In this role, you'll dive deeply into coding without interruptions and collaborate on planning, debating, and prioritizing tasks and projects during daily morning meetings.

Your work, while not involving direct customer contact, will be essential in maintaining our high standards of security, scalability, and maintainability. By adhering to our technical policies and requirements—including service-oriented architecture principles and queue-based systems for decoupling and scalability—you will help shape the foundation of our robust and scalable systems.

Your main tasks will be:

• Development of our Enterprise Solutions - targeted automotive
• Adding new large-scale functionalities, such as enabling forecasting in the Fleet Monitor
• Developing and enhancing the functionality of our system e.g. next-generation search capabilities in the Fleet Monitor
• Participation in releases
• Bugfixes and support that comes from the internal support organization
• Participation in daily stand ups and other SAFe/Scrum activities
• Participation in cross disciplinary forums

ASYS builds their software and infrastructure on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Spring components. They have a well-functioning infrastructure and are updated to all the newest versions. The software solutions are developed in Java and the tech-stack you will be working with consists of Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle, SQL, Tomcat, Git and much more.

In Autorola Solutions you will meet a team that is open and positive with a relaxed and humorous tone. They have a great cooperation across the teams and product lines, and generally there is a very high seniority in the department. Personal and professional qualifications
Your background can be various, but to succeed in the role, we imagine you possess the following qualifications:

• Min. 3-4 years of experience within software development
• Strong experience with Java and Spring
• Well developed mathematic /algorithmic understanding
• Experience within database design and performance will be an advantage
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written – Danish is not a requirement

Your personality is equally important, and we are looking for a calm and sociable person with a positive attitude. You are analytical and logical thinking and possess great flair for working in a technical complex environment. Furthermore, you have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks.
