As our new Strategic Project Manager, you will function as the crucial link between our transformation initiatives and the business as you endeavor to bring our key strategic priorities to life.

About the job
You will join the Strategy & Execution team within TDC NET Delivery & Field Service, responsible for driving our transformation plans in close collaboration with business executives. From day one, you will be met by collaborative colleagues and become an important and integrated part of the team.

Here, you will actively engage in driving the transformation within TDC NET, translating the strategy into concrete initiatives. Your key tasks will be to unravel complex challenges into simple manageable solutions, collaborate with business line executives, as well as participate in and lead strategic projects.

More specifically, you can look forward to:

• Managing projects to implement key strategic ambitions.
• Preparing presentations, reporting on progress in strategic initiatives, facilitating workshops, etc.
• Partnering with top executives and cross-functional teams across our business lines.

The opportunity is based at our dynamic offices in either Copenhagen or Aarhus.

About you
We envision that you:

• Hold strong project management skills and a well-equipped toolbox that allows you to simplify complexity and translate it into easily understandable solutions.
• Possess great stakeholder management skills and can navigate at all organizational levels.
• Have a curious, collaborative and strategic mindset and enjoy solving strategic challenges.
• Have 1-5 years of experience from external consultancies or from a similar position in a larger corporation– we welcome applications from all levels of seniority, the most important is your enthusiasm, motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Are fluent in English and Danish
