As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide onsite and remote IT support to colleagues in Stockholm and our other locations. You will assist with various endpoints, including PCs, Macs, and mobile phones, and support a broad range of SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365 and Entra. Your role will involve maintaining and troubleshooting office hardware, networks, and printers. Additionally, knowledge of Intune will be beneficial.

What you’ll do as an IT Support Engineer:

• Help colleagues with technical issues and participate in projects to enhance our technology use.
• Handle 1st line support tickets and be available for walk-up help requests.
• Assist with meeting room and workstation-related issues.
• Troubleshoot critical issues that could hinder productivity.
• Focus on incoming tickets, projects, and documentation after completing daily routines.

Requirements
We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of IT support experience who understand office environments and business operations well. You should have:

• A strong interest in technology and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra, and supporting Microsoft tools, as well as scripting capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in a Scandinavian language would be a bonus.
• Curiosity, service-mindedness, and a structured, self-driven approach.
• The ability to identify issues and recommend improvements.
