Your new role
As a Student IT Supporter at Dalux, you will be helping to ensure the smooth operation of our Internal IT. Your work tasks will be characterized by IT Support tasks within hardware setups and purchasing.
More specifically, your tasks will be:
- Setting up hardware – such as computers, printers etc.
- Onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Asset management and procurement (locally and internationally)
- Setup and maintain meeting rooms
You will moreover be a part of the Internal IT that consist of one Student IT Supporter, IT Support team, Security team, Infrastructure team, and the Head of IT.
Your background
Most importantly, we expect you to be studying within the field of IT Support. As a person, you are quality-conscious and knowledge-hungry. You thrive on solving your work tasks independently with occasional inputs from your competent colleagues.
Knowledge that you need to have:
- Working knowledge in AzureAD and on-premises Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Device and software provisioning
- Hardware knowledge
- Asset Management
Knowledge that are nice to have, but not essential:
- Intune administration
- Previous relevant work experience
