Empowering Global Success with Workforce Efficiency and Innovation
The Global Workforce Management Specialist will support the Global Workforce Management Manager, delivering tactical insights which will be used to create appropriate processes across all stages of the Labor Cycle execution. This will include labor planning, trend analysis, forecasting, and other ad hoc reporting and analysis to enable markets visibility.

This role will also support the initial implementation of the WFM system in various countries and the ongoing maintenance to ensure proper scheduling system functionalities.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Assists in the implementation of the WFM system, including collecting information to deliver processes, system configuration, reports, and training.
  • Supports the on-going field adoption evaluation of the WFM system, flagging enhancements and updates needs.
  • Build a relationship with the WFM vendor to provide tactical feedback.
  • As the reporting expert, the role will provide ongoing education and support to the field and store teams on how to analyze scheduling, labor costing and optimization.
  • Provides tactical insights on wage expenditure through retrospective analysis.
  • Works closely with Owned and Operated stores’ leadership team, commercial finance team, and HR, to provide critical financial and strategic analysis support, both on routine and ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyzes the allocation of payroll hours and scheduling processes to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and makes suggestions for operational changes assessing their projected impact.
  • Makes recommendations to improve the payroll budget and forecasting processes.
  • Completing additional ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry is preferred
  • Prior experience with a retail scheduling system preferred
  • Understanding of payroll and scheduling processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate large data sets from multiple sources is a must.
  • Outstanding Excel and Power Query skillsets are mandatory; any additional data skills such as Power BI and Python are preferred.
  • Strong quantitative skills - a good sense of how to identify opportunities, solutions and the ability to "connect the dots"
  • Ability to train and coach others
  • Ability to work cross functionally, specifically with finance and HR partners
  • Prior experience managing vendor relationships is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to multitask in a changing and fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven. Ability to self-manage projects and deadlines
