Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
Primary tasks
- Motivate, service and coach drivers
- Make sure that all deliveries and collections are done in the most efficient way and in agreement with our policies and standards
- Participate in implementing new procedures and processes
- Maintain positive communication and teamwork with drivers, customers and colleagues,
Skills and personality
- Industry and dispatch experience
- Good knowledge of Zealand geography
- Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
- Proactive and committed
- Team player
