Reinforce the strategic market position of Falck, and secure new streams for further organic growth through comprehensive commercial strategies and conceptualization.
Lead the conceptualization of innovative healthcare solutions

Reporting to the SVP Direct Care, you will lead the creation, refinement, conceptualization, and launch of strategic innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of patients and caregivers. As such, you will be responsible for developing and executing Healthcare at Home services for both B2G and B2C markets. You will be the global lead within this field and harvest synergies from global learnings on new services to support a global excellence hub. It will also be on your agenda to build and execute a commercial strategy within the area leveraging Falcks existing brand and relations to municipalities, regions, and universities in Scandinavia. Moreover, you will develop client and project pipelines and work cross-functionally to drive the successful launch and scaling of new services, while monitoring and analyzing the performance of commercial initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Furthermore, you will build partnerships with relevant stakeholders and gather feedback to improve service offerings and evaluate market opportunities to expand service capabilities and market reach.

Strategic talent skilled in converting ideas to commercial contracts

You have a proven commercial track record from solution sales management and business development within the Scandinavian Healthcare systems and/or municipalities, including solid understanding of B2G market dynamics and decision making in public administration. You can come from a position in consultancy, diagnostics, pharma, biotechnology or similar, where you have acquired solid experience in an international setting with multiple public-private partnerships, especially regarding integrated health solutions. Furthermore, we expect you to be experienced in creating innovative program models and navigating in cross-organizational projects as well as designing clear presentations. Finally, you are fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

On the more personal note, you have strong communicative skills and flair for relationship building with a positive, persuasive attitude that can encourage and convince people internally and externally. You possess strong business acumen, account management abilities, and outstanding commercial skills.
