Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge Warehouse Inventory System, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
• Conduct comprehensive process reviews and identify areas for improvement across the Order to Pay processes.
• Leverage your expertise in change management to facilitate smooth transitions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in supply chain transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with IFS or other ERP systems, with a deep understanding of master data structures within the supply chain domain.
• Excellent Excel skills and a solid grasp of accounting principles.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, enabling effective stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for optimization and process enhancement.
• Adaptability and a commercial understanding to navigate complex business environments.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Consultant background or experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
