Flying Tiger Copenhagen is looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Global Franchise team. Maybe it’s you!

This is the job:

In this position you will be working in close collaboration with the regional commercial team in our IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region and support our franchise markets with preparing campaign guidelines, training materials and best practice manuals to maximize customer experience and at the same time ensure adherence with Flying Tiger Copenhagen´s concept standards. You will be working at Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s HQ in Strandgade, København K. You will report directly to our Head of Commercial, IMEA. In this position you can expect 10-20 travel days per year.

More specifically your responsibilities are:

• Train existing partners and onboard new partners to standards
• Adjust group planograms and material to match franchise assortment offering based on a data driven approach.
• Ensure ongoing best practice sharing with franchise partners.
• Follow-up on assortment execution and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare in-store macro flows and planograms for new market openings.
• Involved in macro flow process with partners based on space recommendations provided from the Commercial team.
• Support and sign-off campaign specific planograms based on local adjustments.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of best practice and training materials.

• Commercial mindset, and used to work with data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint), including Abobe InDesign
• Communicates effectively and with a global perspective
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset
• Can-do- attitude and able to cope with the uncertainties that comes with building a new business unit
• Flexible, pragmatic, and positive attitude
• Fluent in English, verbally and written

You have been working in the field of visual merchandising for a minimum of 4 years and your experience covers a strong understanding of retail data and KPIs. As a person, you are trustworthy, open, positive and find it easy to cooperate with various stakeholders. You show passionate drive, and you are not afraid of taking responsibility. Moreover, you are a great communicator with a structured approach to your assignments and an eye on the detail.
