Cyber Security Analyst

The Position
As a Cyber Security Analyst at Lobyco, you'll be integral to our mission of pursuing high standards of cyber security hygiene. Your role will be crucial in identifying vulnerabilities, detecting irregularities, and ensuring the utmost level of security. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring security measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and responding to security incidents promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, identify, and remediate security incidents.
• Collaborate with teams to assist in and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain our security tooling, such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

Qualifications
• Experience as a SOC Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge within Microsoft security stack.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to discover emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Supportive mindset, ready to assist colleagues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Education & work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
• 2-4 years of experience
Relevant courses/certifications, such as Azure Security Fundamentals; SC-200 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst and SC-900, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals is a plus.
