We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Specialist to support Unibake in our goal to become the most tech-enabled bakery in the world. This role is a key enabler in our journey to enhance data transparency and data-driven decision-making across Unibake.

This is what you will do
This role is part of our Data & Analytics team and reports to the Data & Analytics Manager. In your daily work, you will be reporting to our Analytics Lead. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of PowerBI solutions, where our goal is to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across our global operations. This role will predominantly be working with our Finance & Commercial teams both in HQ and our units.

Primary areas of responsibility:

• Scoping and understanding business requirements – partnering with stakeholders in HQ and across our units to understand their needs and how they can best be met through our solutions
• Data visualization and reporting – building, maintaining, and optimizing solutions (often in PowerBI) to support data-driven decision-making across our organization
• Driving the implementation and adoption of our solutions – including running UATs, and demos, and driving the communication and training of new solutions across the organization
• Reviewing & optimizing our existing models to better address business needs & improve the performance
• Coaching and training – both team members and our super users across the organization
• Providing support & maintenance for our global BI users
• Follow and promote technical best practices across the team
