To support our journey, we are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to ensure best-in-class people administration and talent acquisition in our international organization.

Always ensuring best-in-class service to the organization
As our HR Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person in the team for HR operational tasks, working closely with the team to ensure that the level of service that we provide to our organization is accurate and efficient.

You will be involved in a wide range of exciting tasks, while you will also be able to make your own mark on the role. Overall, your tasks will involve:

• Being responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting talent, ensuring that the best candidates are matched with the right job opportunities, contributing to our ongoing growth and success, as well as ensuring excellent alignment and collaboration between you and the hiring managers.
• Becoming the super-user of our HR systems (HiBob & TeamTailor), ensuring compliant, effective, and accurate data management of people data across HR systems, digital templates, etc.
• Administration of employee documentation, including but not limited to drafting standard employment contracts and contract addendums.
• Implementing and managing HR analytics and reporting efforts to improve the employee and manager experience.
• Managing and improving our off-boarding tasks and procedures for employees across our markets and ensuring follow-up and implementation of improvements.
• General automation and optimization within HR Operations.
• Actively supporting the team with all relevant actions and tasks related to the annual HR wheel, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, salary adjustments, etc.
• Developing concepts, guides, tools, and templates closely aligned with end-user needs and business goals.

You will become part of a small team, consisting of our HR Manager and HR Coordinator. While we always focus on delivering top-notch service to our organization, we highly value the social connection in the team and prioritize having fun together. Exceptional administrative and recruiting skills

• As our new colleague, you’ll have approximately 3 years of experience working with recruitment and other HR-related tasks.
• As you will be the go-to person on our HR systems, it is expected that you have proficiency and experience navigating HR systems (preferably Hibob or TeamTailor).
• As a person, you have a strong service mindset, communication skills, and organizational understanding.
• You are tech-savvy and possess a strong sense of data discipline and attention to detail.
• You have a can-do attitude and proactive mindset
• You value teamwork and collaboration across the organization.
• Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite, both in written and verbal form.
